Terms of use
LiveDrop is in beta. These short terms apply while it is.
The beta
Every overlay is free during the beta. Overlays you save now stay on your account. We may change features, styles and prices before launch, and we will say so on this site before paid overlays arrive.
Your account
You sign in with your own Twitch account and are responsible for what you do with it. Keep your overlay links private: anyone with a link can show that overlay. You can turn a link off at any time on My overlays.
Fair use
Don't use LiveDrop to break Twitch's rules, to harass anyone, or to overload or attack the service. We may turn off overlays or accounts that do.
Designs
The overlay designs and artwork belong to LiveDrop and its artists. You may show them on your streams and in clips and VODs of those streams. You may not resell or redistribute them.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep overlays running, including when LiveDrop itself is offline, but the beta is provided as it is. Twitch, OBS and your internet connection are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost streams, revenue or data. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
